This year is a very special year for the Secondment Program. It’s the fifth year that the program has been successfully operating in EMEA since its launch in 2014.

To recognise this, a new brochure has been produced to showcase the impact that has made, and is continuing to be made through this program, in supporting those working on the front lines of delivering care.
The Secondment Program was first launched as a pilot in 2014. Since then, 47 J&J employees from across the J&J business sectors in EMEA (including 12 from the Class of 2018) will have taken part in a long-term secondment (up to six months) by year-end 2018; sharing their skills and knowledge with six NGO partners in 23 countries across EMEA. All helping to change the trajectory of health for humanity, whilst growing both professionally and personally and bringing new learnings back into the business.
The new Secondment Brochure can be downloaded here. It features stories and insights from secondees, partners, coaches and other stakeholders who have been involved in, and supported the Program over the years.
